Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (US) — 5-7 business days. Free on orders over $75, otherwise $5.95.
• Expedited Shipping (US) — 2-3 business days. $12.95.
• Canada — 7-14 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Crystals are wrapped individually, and fragile items are cushioned appropriately. Most orders include a care card with relevant information about your purchase.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received.

How to Return

1. Contact us at hello@occultgems.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Used or burned candles and incense
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days
